Temporary: Lasting the duration of the entire project, unless it is cancelled or refunded.


Qualifier
This agreement is between the commissioner and the artist, and governs everything related to the ordered work. It only governs the commissions you are requesting and the resulting product.

A no-list.
I will not work with anything following those themes:
Minor or young looking characters
Feral, real life animals
Feral creatures resembling their real life counterparts
Humans and human faces

Payment
The payment comes before the work starts. No changes to the prices are made when the financial transaction is finished.
Before the payment, comes the discovery phase. The style of work and the scope will influence the asking price.

Timeline
The deadline starts at 7 days from the moment the payment comes through and both parties agree on the project. Any changes to the timeline are to be discussed with the artist, and stated plainly.

Delivery
You have to state the resolution you want the artwork to be in. If unspecified, the default is high-fidelity chosen by the artist. The format is PNG.

Revisions
The work is discussed during the first sketching pass. No revisions beyond that are accepted.

Ownership
I own the art I make, and give you a non-revocable license to use the work you have commissioned.

Usage
You are allowed to freely modify and post the resulting work that was ordered by you, along with any shared sketches that were made during the process of creation of the mentioned artwork.
You are allowed to freely share the modified copies.
You may not sell the original or modified copies.
You may use the artwork you ordered as training data for a personal generative model. You are not allowed to sell the dataset that was trained on any of the ordered works, and you are not allowed to commerically use any visual material that the model using the dataset featuring my work outputs or produces.

Cancellation policy
No refund requests are accepted.
In case an artist is unable or unwilling to finish the work, the refund will depend on the amount of the work they put in, and how close to the finished artwork it is.
Stale case: If the project becomes stale, be it from the fact that the client stopped communication or the artist, it assigned an archived priority, meaning if any movement resumes, it won't be on fixed time. When the contact is resumed, the cancellation policy takes its effect.

Agreements
By agreeing to those terms, you grant a temporary, non-revocable license to depict your character in a way the artist finds appropriate, as a result of the guidelines and suggestions set by you, the comissioner. If the character is not yours, you guarantee there are no legal problems in drawing said character.

You are not obligated to credit me when you share my work
